At Dubai Fragrances Store, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your fragrance must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unopened and unused, with original packaging and seals intact
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Due to the nature of perfumes, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items.

- Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

It may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
